I have tried everything over the years to stay healthy but never stuck with any of them. 28Pilates is different. I worked at this program but it wasn’t “work” because it is so much fun. So I am basically 3 months in and feeling grrrrreat! I am on day 45 of the 90 day challenge. The middle picture is from the end of the 28 day challenge- and the far right pic is my ~3 month progress (97 days). My goal for the next 45 days is to focus on eating healthier meals and sticking to the list. I have only lost ~3-4lbs since the 28 day challenge and I really wanna kick that into gear.

Completed the 28 day pilates challenge, I didn’t take pictures on day 1 however, I have pictures of me back from November when I had an afro, then 2 weeks into the challenge with my hair pulled back and pictures from today with my hair down. I am going to keep going and make time for me to get in a better shape. The scale did not move much but I think you can tell from the pictures that I've really made progress.
